Hence this blog, and in red just to let people I am serious...
Grief and pain subsides with time - Maybe true maybe not... But hasn't worked for me thou.
I last heard about two batch mates of mine who got killed in the Mumbai blasts, frankly didn't affect me much for the first two days. But my mind is completely restless since yesterday. How could something like this happen to normal people like us?
The Gateway of India has stood as a symbol of India's open arms to the mighty world. It sent out the loud and clear message that Indians would welcome anyone with a smiling face and bowed hands. The current state of affairs is testimony to the fact that Indians and India has been taken for grated. How will this change? What can we do to change this?
Why should the world watch India burn like a toy effigy?
I spent my early days in the vibrant city of mumbai, the spirit of that city is so contagious that it sticks on to the person forever, leaving an everlasting mark.
Mumbai to me means Dad, It means Chang - My first crush in school who was incidentally a Chinese boy :), it means vada pav, it means senthil - my driver who taught me how to play marbles, it means life and it means home...
It is rightly said...Home is where heart is.. and my heart goes out to all my fellow mumbaikars...
The night is at its darkest before dawn cracks, I am waiting for the day to break in my land!
